Congestion can be quite heavy during peak hours at Jalan Kampung Gajah for those commuting to Butterworth and back. Vista Perdana is still in very good condition as it looks like it has been properly maintained. The suggested sea view may not look very pleasing as it is mostly muddy water, but its position by the sea makes for better air ventilation thanks to the sea breeze. The property appears to have potential in the market either for resale of renting as there will be little issue in finding a demand for the homes or even in attracting tenants.
