The name Eng Han is synonymous in the construction industry since 1992 as we have successfully constructed many prestigious projects comprising residential, commercial buildings, landed properties and high rise developments around Malaysia. With its foundation solid as one of the most established construction companies, the visionary leaders saw that it was time to carry the brand name of "Eng Han" into the property development arena. In 2008, the company took an opportunity to develop a parcel of land in Balik Pulau which led to the completion of Titiheights – the company´s first fully planned and executed endeavour.

Currently developing projects in Penang, Pahang and Selangor, quality is our commitment as each project is fully ours; from ideation all the way to construction in line with our expertise in developing niche properties with guarantee and honesty, achieving standards and certification of a notable developer.
