Taman Gunung View was Kemajuan Emax’s very first property development project. After much deliberation by the team at Kemajuan Emax, they decided to use Build then Sell (“BTS”) concept for the project. With rigorous corporate restructuring, continuous enhancement of their construction solutions and invigorating marketing strategies, the project was completed in excellent quality within 10 months, and it was completely sold out within a week thereafter. The price fetched was even 40% higher than it was initially launched, making Kemajuan Emax a rising star among the property developers in Perak.
