About GD Holdings

GD Holdings Group of Companies (“The Group”) was established by Dato’ Sri Yeat Sew Chuong in 2009 with principal activity in real estate, property development and property investment.

In 2010, The Group introduced its first development – Green Beverly Hills in Nilai. Sky Bungalow, the first phase of Green Beverly Hills with 368 units of condominium was launched amidst positive respond, and follow by 31 units of Garden Villa Bungalow Houses which recording an impressive 95% take-up. Both projects were completed and successfully handover in 2015.

Following the successful launches, The Group unveiled its third development Residensi Lili at Green Beverly Hills. The 982 units of affordable condominium with RM444 million GDV recorded an impressive 80% sales within the first few months after its launch in July 2016.

As an up and coming new player and with vast knowledge on the demography and market situation, The Group will continue to focus its projects in Nilai as the main niche development strategy. In 2015, The Group has purchased an 50 acres land in the heart of Nilai. The land (Vision City) is being planned for mixed development with estimation of RM10 Billion GDV.

Apart from the Nilai projects, The Group are now in negotiation with several landowners in Klang Valley to jointly develop their lands. Those deals are expected to be concluded soon. 2018 will be a busy year for The Group.
