Eco Business Park II is an industrial park located in Senai, Flagship E of Iskandar Malaysia in the southern Malaysian state of Johor. Eco Business Park II spans 383 acres, and is strategically located and masterfully planned to become a conducive and convenient centre of operations for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), whether international or local. Strategically located, Eco Business Park II is within reach of major highways, airports and seaports which will enable unparalleled connectivity. Access ways, namely the Second Link Expressway, connects the development to the Tuas checkpoint of the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link Causeway, providing a direct route to Singapore. The North-South Expressway (NSE) on the other hand, leads to other towns north of Johor, like Skudai, as well as other major cities on the peninsula, like KL and Penang. In addition, other key areas, including the JB city centre and Pasir Gudang is also accessible via other roads and highways, like the Sultan Iskandar Highway, Jalan Seelong, and the Johor Bahru Inner Ring Road among others.
