Kinrara Anggun is a landed residential development located in the township of Bandar Kinrara, Puchong. It comprises exclusively of spacious double-storey semi-detached homes. Sitting on 1,904 acres of undulating freehold land in Puchong, Bandar Kinrara is a strategically located township midway between Kuala Lumpur and Puchong. Kinrara Anggun emphasizes on the aspect of openness where extra large living and dining areas are made suitable for residents to hold cultural activities like open house events or even garden weddings. The use of glass is utilized to encourage natural lighting into each individual space, which in turn allows optimized views of outside scenery. The homes here are sized between 2,778 sf and 3,106 sf. By utilizing these access roads, other major townships like Banday Sunway, Subang Jaya and Petaling Jaya are only about 10 to 15 minutes away. Meanwhile, getting to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and KLIA 2 would be a brief half an hour drive. Although the Puchong township is infamous for its bad traffic conditions at most times, the convenience of Kinrara Anggun's location allows its residents to enjoy all the advantages that modern living brings, from the blessings of convenience to the pleasures of beautifully landscaped surroundings.
