Lagenda Industrial Park is a completed project comprising 76 cluster factory units and 4 semi-detached factory units in Taman Lagenda Putra, Kulai. The individual units, which are set on plots of land with minimum sizes of 60’ or 70’ by 120’, have built-up areas starting from 4,892 sf. These materials are known for their ability to withstand pressure from continuous traffic caused by heavy machinery and vehicles. Lagenda Industrial Park is located in the Senai-Skudai Flagship Zone E of Iskandar Malaysia. The zone is home to several of Malaysia’s important infrastructure projects, such as the University of Technology, Malaysia (UTM), Senai International Airport (previously called the Sultan Ismail International Airport, Johor Premium Outlets (JPO), Senai Cargo Hub, the 456-acre industrial Johor Technology Park and MSC Cyberport Johor, a 150-acre mixed development that encompasses Information and Communications Technology (ICT) buildings and a 125,000 sf digital centre – all of which are about 15 minutes from the Lagenda Industrial Park. From the industrial park, ports and major highways are also easily accessible, such as the North-South Expressway (PLUS), Malaysia-Singapore Second Link, Port of Pasir Gudang and the Port of Tanjung Pelepas, which is also dubbed Malaysia’s largest container terminal. Thus, with its good transport connectivity, proximity to various major developments, and location within a secure neighbourhood, Lagenda Industrial Park has the potential to grow and thrive in the coming years.
