Sendayan TechValley is an industrial park located in the new Bandar Sri Sendayan township in Negeri Sembilan. Developed by Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad, the industrial park already houses a number of factories of multi-national companies, such as Hubei Dijian Construction, Schmidt-Clemens, Daihatsu, Akashi Kikai, Hino and a few more. Within the 1,000-acre land it resides on, various factory and shoplot units scatter the area. The units are sized from 1,440 sf onwards. It is the place to be for modern businesses to operate, as the development is built on the concepts of sustainability, renewable resources, new technology, advanced communication services and facilities. Sendayan TechValley is built in sync with the Negeri Sembilan state government's vision to attract foreign direct investment, hence it is poised to be an upcoming major economic zone, designed to appeal to a wide range of industries, such as manufacturing, knowledge-based businesses, automotive and electrical industries, and so on. This industrial park has Bandar Sri Sendayan right next to it, which is convenient as the residential area can provide accommodation to those working in the industrial park. An 8-minute drive connects the two places together, proving to be an attractive point to investors. Seremban 2 is less than 15 minutes drive from the area, giving more amenities to the tenants in the industrial park. The Tuanku Jaafar Seremban Hospital is also located just 20 minutes away. Sendayan TechValley also has easy access to other areas of Negeri Sembilan via the Seremban-Port Dickson Highway, which is just about 16 minutes drive away. Via Federal Route 5 which runs along the industrial area, getting to Sepang is a breezy 15 minutes.
