Subang Jaya

I was raised in this town for more than 15 years. Here is what I know everything about Subang Jaya. Subang Jaya is strategically located between the state capital, Shah Alam and Petaling Jaya. Just a 15 minute drive from PJ, damansara, Shah Alam and 20 minute drive from KL, therefore getting here has never been easier than before. Subang Jaya is conveniently accessible via major highways across Klang Valley, such as Elite, Plus, Federal, LDP and Kesas highways. At the very beginning, public transport is not widely available here except for KTM and rapid KL bus. Years passes by, major development has completed, so is the long awaited LRT that connects around the Klang valley. Free buses were provided to transport residents around the town. BRT is also available to those wanted to travel to Sunway, it is accessible via the USJ 7 brt station. Subang Jaya is also home to " the hub of education". Major award winning universities and colleges were situated here such as Taylor and Inti college / university. Primary and secondary schools are also not an exception. Life style and luxury doesn't seem to be a problem because Subang Jaya offers many shopping malls and commercial areas. Shopping malls such as Summit USJ, Subang Parade, the newly opened Damen, and the world's top 10 largest mall, Sunway pyramid will fulfill your requirements. Places like SS15 and Taipan USJ 10 brings us the convenience to eat and shop as well as healthcare treatments. There are two major hospitals here, the Subang Jaya Medical Center and Sunway Medical Center. Both will offer us world class and affordable medical treatments. Security here is definitely important, therefore many guarded neighbourhoods had set up to ensure the safety of the residents. Recreation is also not an issue. There are two recreation centers in Subang Jaya, one being called Pusat 3K and another is MPSJ. Pusat 3K has held various competitions such as football, swimming, badminton and so on. Meanwhile MPSJ is a great place to jog. Many residents park their cars at the side of the building every evenings to carry out fitness activities. Parks were provided around the neighbourhood to encourage youths and elderly to stay fit and healthy. Traffic flow during the rush hour is terrible, mainly at the roads of Persiaran Setia and Persiaran Tujuan. However during festive periods, the traffic here is very smooth and if it's possible, you don't even need to step on the pedal. That being said, the location and the infrastructure which have contributed the factors of why Subang Jaya is one of the greatest place to live and work in Malaysia, except the traffic flow which needs to be improve during rush hours.

Subang Jaya

Cheras is known for its amazing food, infamous traffic, and being self-contained. This is not surprising, given that it is a developed and sprawling township. It is both a suburb and a district, which straddles both the states of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. This township was once just a small and sleepy tin mining town that was home to a mere 500 residents. However, due to overpopulation in Kuala Lumpur over the years, Cheras was gradually developed into the metropolis it is today. Cheras is ...
