Crossvent is an industrial development by Pak Chun Group that is located in Subang. It resides opposite of the Rubber Research Institute of Malaysia (RRIM) Integrated Township Development and is nearby to Subang Airport.

One can reach here via Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang Baru from Jalan Sungai Buloh or the Federal Highway. Apart from that, it has access to major highways such as New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), which boost the logistical benefit of the development.

As for access to public transportation, it may be a bit tough due to its rather secluded area. The nearest would be MRT Kwasa Sentral, which is about 10-minute's drive away. Other than that, you may have to opt for Uber or Grab ride-hailing services. On a side note, do be careful when driving around this area because the roads are not well maintained.

That aside, Crossvent is made out of 18 three-storey semi-detached boutique factories/showrooms, which can also be converted into a corporate office. The commercial development consists of a ground floor factory area. Meanwhile, the first and second floors are allocated for a store and corporate office. The building is designed in such way so that businesses can integrate all of their operations in one prime location.

When it comes to aesthetic matters, you can see that it does not look like the usual factories. This building utilised fair face bricks, which brings about a natural ambience to form the facade of the building. Furthermore, it is complemented with full glass panels at the front and rear, further highlighting the height of the building, while providing natural lighting.

To add, with a height of 40 ft, Crossvent is able to take advantage of its frontage view from the Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang Baru and Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang Lama, which is along National Aerospace & Defence Industries (AIROD).

As for amenities, there is nothing much within the area. However, you can always drive to Bandar Pinggiran Subang, Kota Damansara or Ara Damansara. The journey would take about 10 to 15 minutes of your time - depending on the traffic.
