Fera Residence @ The Quartz is a serviced residence developed by Beverly Group Sdn Bhd, and is the second phase of a 5 phase project known as The Quartz WM, slated to be completed in 2020. Public transportation is also in abundance around Fera Residence, with the Sri Rampai LRT station just a 15 minute walk away, and a number of bus-stops within the area.
Under the Quartz WM master plan, Fera Residence will have a myriad of road options to travel to Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley. Fera Residence is linked to a few major highways, and are all accessible within a 15 minute’s drive. Highways accessible from Fera Residence are the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE), the Ampang Kuala-Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH), the Kuala Lumpur Second Middle Ring Road (MRR2) and the proposed Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Expressway (SUKE), which will connect to most of the expressways in the Klang Valley.
