The ageing exterior of Iris Apartment has been given a fresh new coat of paint but residents have other concerns to worry about, especially regarding inadequate open parking bays due to the high density of residents living here, resulting in the double- and triple-parking every so often.
Another cause for concern is the large oxidation pool situated next to Iris Apartment where residents can expect to detect a bad stench emanating from the pool. Future residents are advised to try and get a unit with a view that faces away from the oxidation pool.
