Solaris Parq is the latest addition to UEM Sunrise’s prestigious development portfolio. Government service centres are also a stone’s throw away, with the Examinations Board building, the Kuala Lumpur branch of the Ministry of Home Affairs’ Complex, and the Syariah Court of Kuala Lumpur all within a short drive. It is also just a short distance away from the Kuala Lumpur City Centre and Mont Kiara, where more amenities could be found.
Solaris Parq can be easily accessed via a few major highways, such as Jalan Duta-Sungai Buloh Highway, SPRINT Highway, Sultan Iskandar Highway, as well as Jalan Kuching. Through these highways and arterial road as well, tenants can reach townships such as Segambut, Damansara, and even Petaling Jaya with ease.
