Taman Segambut is a housing development located within the high density area of Segambut, neighbouring Jinjang Selatan and Mont Kiara. It is situated 10 minutes from the Kuala Lumpur city centre, 20 minutes from Petaling Jaya and 50 minutes from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
Being a very old neighbourhood, Taman Segambut is also a rather established and self-sufficient housing development. However, residents have concerns regarding the neighbourhood not being a very safe one due to occurrences of snatch thefts and car thefts.
