The Astaka @ 1 Bukit Senyum is a pair of residential towers which are part of the luxurious 1 Bukit Senyum mixed development in the city of Johor Bahru. Not just typical high-rises, The Astaka is set to bring JB to new heights, slated to hold the title of the tallest residential building in Southeast Asia when they are completed. One of the towers will reach an astounding 70-storeys, while the other will stand at 65-storeys tall.
Aside from being the tallest, The Astaka also aspires to be the most lavish, with a range of sizeable suites beginning from 2,207 sf. The homes come in layouts of 3-bedrooms, 4-bedrooms and duplex 5-bedrooms. The homes are designed with opulence and practicality at the fore, with the luxury of customisation to create uniquely personal spaces for discerning buyers. Each home also has a private lift lobby, where residents can be whisked away from the lobby straight into the comforts of their home.

Existing amenities are also aplenty all-around the development, while other commercial hubs and malls nearby are the Komtar JBCC, Johor Bahru City Square, and Danga City Mall among others.
Flanked by the Eastern Dispersal Link on one side and the Tebrau Highway on the other, The Astaka @ 1 Bukit Senyum is conveniently connected to other parts of the city, and Johor. The Johor Bahru Inner Ring Road and Jalan Tun Abdul Razak is also within close proximity. With that, the Johor Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Complex (CIQ) is a mere 5 minutes’ drive away, while other key locations like Danga Bay, Puteri Harbour, EduCity, the Afiat Healthpark, and the LEGOLAND theme park are west of the development. The Senai International Airport and Johor Premium Outlets on the other hand, are about 20 minutes northwards.
