The Como in Bukit Jalil is a freehold residential development by Meraki Land Sdn Bhd, formerly known as Puchong Kinrara Development Sdn Bhd. Modelled to promote a communal environment, this new condominium is a low-density project comprising a single 38-storey tower with 320 residential units. The Como’s extensive facilities are spread across various levels. Gathering families and friends together on Level 36 is the Social Quarter, comprising a party kitchen, lounge, and indoor and outdoor dining, along with karaoke room and barbecue deck facilities. Children will be able to enjoy the children’s playground and kids’ pool on Level 5, with a badminton court and swimming pool for other residents.

It also offers connectivity to the Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), connecting to Subang Jaya, and the Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), which connects to Sunway and the Federal Highway.
There are numerous local and international schools nearby, such as Lai Meng Primary School and Campus Rangers International School. The heavily populated of township of Puchong is only 7km away, with amenities ranging from IOI Mall and Tesco Extra Puchong to Columbia Asia Hospital.
Bukit Jalil primarily offers landed properties along with several condominium developments, largely tenanted by the middle to upper middle-income group. The area is primarily characterised by Chinese and Malay demographics. The suburb is a popular address for both investor and owner-occupier markets, further enhanced by an influx of new landmark developments such as the upcoming Pavilion Mall 2 in Bukit Jalil City.
