There are few good things about The Wharf.
First of all, there are few types of sizes and layout offered; from studio (T28), 2-room or 3-room units to dual-key unit (T28). This provides flexibility to purchasers to opt for small unit, investment or own stay.... See More
Secondly, the layout plans emphasize on the functionality and practicality. There is no "unnecessary corner" that makes the unit looks smaller. There is a yard provided for washing machine / dryer.
There is an external store room located at the same floor, this external storeroom helps the owner to be more organized.
The "big" units are having LAKE VIEW, the lake looks AWSOME when I visited units in T18. It is VERY windy; occupants will be able to enjoy the fresh air and reduce the consumption of air-conditioning.
The location is EXCELLENT; it is easily accessible via LDP, NKVE and future LRT stations. There are shops, fast food outlets, Chinese and International Schools nearby.
This development will be more ATTRACTIVE if the following are being taken care of :
1) The mall is not ready as promised, we believe developer owes the purchasers an answer on the status of the mall.
2) The number of facilities provided is rather "LIMITED". It will be good if a badminton court or ping pong tables can be provided.
