Hartanah Untuk Dijual di Malaysia-China (International) Trade Centre

Malaysia-China (International) Trade Centre (MCITC) was introduced to showcase the new era of China’s ‘Belt and Road’ initiative, upholding the basic concept of mutual benefits and win-win partnerships. The trade centre has opened up a new opportunity for overseas markets and the integration of resources, plus, serves as a new platform that caters to over 600 million people in Southeast Asia. Developed by Thai Loon Trading Company, MCITC positions itself as the largest factory outlet city in Southeast Asia that promotes building materials, home and lifestyle products, agricultural, and other products. Not only that, but small commodities such as a food, beverage, and entertainment are also provided here. Located in Kuching, Sarawak, the project covers over 60 acres with a total of 532 connecting independent stores, using the 3-in-1 shophouse design concept. As a whole, MCITC consists of 2-storey units, 1.5-storey units, 3-storey shophouses, and also 3-storey shophouses solely for industrial purposes. Not only that, MCITC also features a convention centre covering over 75,616 sft, also known as Penview Convention Centre Demak (PCC Demak). Adding on to that are various auditoriums and exhibition halls distributed across 2 floors, each measuring around 37,808 sft. Parking is aplenty at MCITC too, with at least 1,600 carpark spaces allocated for business-owners and visitors. Affixed to MCITC is also a loading bay that can fit up to 30 containers, as well as 24-hour security systems and CCTV zones. With that being said, MCITC presents itself as a brand new, large-scale business platform that paces China, and will become an international, localized, and professional integration of the factory outlet city concept. MCITC is located along Jalan Bako in Sejingkat, just across the road from Demak Industrial Park Phase III, and a little bit down the road from Demak Laut Industrial Park and Dusun Bayu. Although the area is a primarily industrial place, there are several residential areas within the vicinity, which MCITC can cater for, and the convention centre will definitely attract many eager entrepreneurs and the like to set up talks, conventions, and such.
