Residensi Bintang Bukit Jalil is a development by LBS Bina Group Bhd. Located at the heart of the internationally renowned enclave of Bukit Jalil, this high-rise residence features over 90 facilities, including vibrant sports, entertainment and leisure amenities, making up a towering hillside community rising to mark its epicentre. The development as a whole comprises 730 condominium units in its 47-storey North Tower and 612 in its 50-storey South Tower block, for a total of 1,342 units with built-ups ranging from 802 sq ft to 2,259 sq ft. The two towers are sited on a leasehold plot, with North Tower units currently available for purchase as of December 2018, offering built-ups from 805 sq ft to 1,209 sq ft. Home seekers and investors can choose from three types of layouts. Type A1, with a built-up of 801 sq ft, comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while Type B (1,009 sq ft) features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The largest layout, Type C (1,209 sq ft), incorporates three bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a utility room, with launch prices from RM690 psf. A key differentiator for the project is its elevation, sitting on a site elevated 15m above the main road. The developer positions Residensi Bintang Bukit Jalil as the highest condominium in the area, allowing residents to experience life at the top amidst the stars. As such, some units leverage on unobstructed panoramic views of the Titiwangsa Mountain Range (or Banjaran Besar) and Titiwangsa Golf Course. LBS Bina has distributed the development’s amenities over multiple storeys, with leisure and recreational facilities incorporated into the ground, eighth, ninth, 10th, 33rd, 34th and rooftop floors. Many of these are concentrated on the ninth floor, which features nearly 60 facilities, including an underwater lounge, aromatherapy garden and even an elevated forest space. Meanwhile, Residensi Bintang Bukit Jalil’s rooftop features a stargazing deck, starlight path and starwatching bench, in line with the developer’s emphasis on life amidst the stars - as reflected in its name. Other notable amenities throughout the project include a hammock garden, yoga and tai chi decks, herbs garden and sculptural park. In terms of connectivity, the condominium’s location in Bukit Jalil gives it proximity to a confluence of five major routes, comprising the Bukit Jalil Highway, Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway, Maju Expressway (MEX) and Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP). In addition, Alam Sutera and Awan Besar Stations in the Sri Petaling line of Klang Valley’s growing integrated rail network are situated near the project, further facilitating transport across the greater metropolitan area. Within the immediate vicinity, retail, educational and recreational amenities abound, including the massive Bukit Jalil City mixed development with its integrated Pavilion Bukit Jalil mall. Families can leverage on extensive primary, secondary and tertiary institutions nearby, such as Tzu Chi International School, SJKC Lai Meng, Asia Pacific University and the International Medical University (IMU).
