Taman Mudun is a housing estate nestled within Batu 9 Cheras and located within close proximity to Sunway Cheras, Taman Wangsa Cheras, Hijauan Residence, and Venice Hill. Many of the amenities are within a short drive away while the other amenities may require a slightly longer time spent on the road before reaching them. There were initial fears from residents as the area in Taman Mudun near the Venice Hill Condominium was prone to landslides. Fortunately with a combination of funds deposited to MBKJ by the bankrupted developer topped up with additional funds from the government, 18 houses will be re-built on a separate plot of land after a long 12 year wait; much to the joy of the affected residents.
