Located behind The Summit Mall, The Regina is a condominium catering to those from the middle income group. Even though the area it is nestled in is slightly quieter, getting into the area itself is an issue as USJ 1 is known to be notoriously congested. Roads linking to exits tend to flood when it rains and the condition of the roads when they are dry are no better due to the industrial area around USJ 1. Despite that, if one is used to congestion and terrible road conditions, The Regina is an excellent home as it is well located within proximity to amenities.
