UniVillage is a premium student accommodation development in front of the University of Nottingham Malaysian campus in Semenyih where students are entitled to their own personal space and bathroom. Investment in UniVillage is an interesting prospect for property buyers as each unit sold comes fully furnished by the developer. The property was so well-received that before its official launch, many units were already sold to prospective buyers. Currently there are 4,500 students at the university campus and upon UniVillage's completion in 2015, the total number of students is expected to increase, hence the competition for accommodation is expected to be just as high.
