About CrystalVille Group

Our Beginnings

CrystalVille Group was founded in 1995 by a group of property professionals with the aim of building premium quality properties coupled with good customer service in locations that will deliver good returns for its buyers. With this philosophy the Group hoped to garner a list of loyal buyers that will follow the Group as it ventures into new property projects.

In 1999, the Group launched its maiden project a commercial development known as Plaza CrystalVille @ Sri Hartamas. The project received overwhelming response with buyers queuing to a purchase a piece of the development. Fueled by such buyer interest the Group then launched another commercial centre called Prisma Ville @ Sri Hartamas in 2001. Both developments achieved 100% sales well before its completion and its construction was completed ahead of schedule.

Subsequently in 2004 the Group strategically opted to expand its portfolio and ventured into residential development Subang Alam Homes in Section 27 Shah Alam an area that was relatively unknown but was waiting to be tapped into. The Group was able to achieve 100% sales and was able to deliver the houses ahead of schedule. In addition the Group was able to convince corporate professionals in USJ that was then looking to upgrade to move into Section 27 hence bringing in a new breed of residence into Section 27’s community.

Since then the Group has developed several residential and commercial properties in Selangor and Klang Valley which includes Plaza CrystalVille @ Setapak, My Diva Homes at Perdana Lakeview East Cyberjaya and Plaza CrystalVille @ VITA Cyberjaya.
