In the early days, Aikbee Group started out as a timber factory and grew to become one of the leading wood exporters in Malaysia during the 1970s. The group further expanded into the oil plantation and palm oil mill business since the 1980s before moving into real estate development, hotel and retail mall in the 1990s where the iconic Pearl Point was born.

All projects under the group have been successfully completed and sold.
