Previously known as Jana Tower, Subang Olives is a condominium located in SS16, Subang Jaya. It has seen a change of hands in developers several times until it got picked up in 2007 and was completed in 2010. Due to its status of being abandoned for a few years, the cost of units here have gone up even while remaining empty for a few years. However, as recent as 2014, there was a rise in public interest for this condominium and prices here started to increase. As it is slightly further from public amenities, the units here have a tendency to be purchased for the purpose of being an own stay condominium rather than it being rented out to students and foreign workers.
