Other major roads within proximity of the property also include Jalan Teluk Kumbar, Jalan Permatang Damar Laut and the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway. With these access routes, the town of Bayan Lepas is approximately 5 minutes away while the second Penang bridge is roughly 15 minutes away. The first Penang bridge is about the same distance but up northeast from the property. Georgetown is around 30 minutes away, given that traffic is not too congested.
