Shang Garden is an upcoming residential neighbourhood located at Bukit Sarimban, Seremban. The landed homes are set within serene greenery, with offerings of quiet living. The gated and guarded community is perched on higher ground, enabling unimpeded views of the town below and hills around. The homes offered at Shang Garden are spacious, coming in a variety of terraces and semi-detached unit types. Phase 1 of the neighbourhood consists of 116 double-storey terraces. These units are the first type of Shang Garden homes to be opened to the public for sale, with prices beginning from RM463,000 and are expected for completion in September 2018. These units offer 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with built-up spaces ranging between 2,015 sf to 2,066 sf. Phase 1 will also include single-storey terraces designed to be within the affordable range. More amenities like the Palm Mall, Terminal 1 Shopping Centre, a Mydin, banks, hospitals, and petrol stations are about 8 minutes’ drive into the Seremban town. Apart from quiet living, Shang Garden also aims to provide convenience to its residents. Located just a short distance from the proposed Temiang Interchange of Lebuhraya Kajang Seremban (LEKAS) interchange, the neighbourhood will enjoy complete ease of access to the city of Kuala Lumpur. Upon its completion, this interchange will serve as a shorter and less congested route compared to the North-South Expressway (NSE) when heading up north into KL. Access to the NSE is about 10 minutes away, where KL is another 40 minutes’ drive northward.
