There are only 16 of these units sized at 786 sf, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Another 2 phases are expected to follow, with the second phase already opened for registration, consisting of 2-storey semi-detahceds, 2.5-storey terraces and 3-storey terraces. There will be 36, 45 and 20 units of these homes respectively. The third phase is still in its planning stage, with semi-detached homes in the pipeline. 58 of these units will be built over 40' x 80' land while another 12 will be on 40' x 75' land.

Located just a short distance from the proposed Temiang Interchange of Lebuhraya Kajang Seremban (LEKAS) interchange, the neighbourhood will enjoy complete ease of access to the city of Kuala Lumpur. Upon its completion, this interchange will serve as a shorter and less congested route compared to the North-South Expressway (NSE) when heading up north into KL. Access to the NSE is about 10 minutes away, where KL is another 40 minutes’ drive northward.
