Taman Puchong Intan is one of the older housing developments of Puchong, sited within mere minutes of the town centre. Although this should be a very popular residential development that is in high demand, circumstances have instead forced residents to put up with a number of intolerable matters; the first being their land titles which were not released to them as the developer was declared bankrupt, while the second major issue that happened in 2009 was a main sewage pipe that broke down with the authorities pushing the blame to the developer while the developer tried to push it back to the authorities. As such, residents of Taman Puchong Intan have suffered much disputes since the day they moved into their new homes.
