Joining the increasing glut of Mickey Mouse-sized apartments in the city of Petaling Jaya is Pacific 63, a Small office Home office (SoHo) development. In spite of the lack of advertising on Pacific 63, units appear to be snapped up very quickly despite its very steep prices. Although Pacific 63 was scheduled to be completed in 2014, till date the construction is still ongoing and is rumoured that the project will only be completed by the first quarter of 2018.
